    Estrategia didáctica, basado en ABC para desarrollar la competencia lógico-matemática, en la Uniagustiniana

    The present work aims to determine alternative strategies or methods to deal with the low acceptance of students of business administration of the Uniagustiniana, in relation to the logical mathematical competence, which are faced in intermediate semesters of the career. Based on different experiences in other institutions and in the field of Didactics of Mathematics; we will specify the methodology options that can be adopted for our groups and perhaps extend the study in further research to be applied to other academic competencies in the administrative area. A diagnostic test will be carried out in different groups of the same semester, and the results will determine the real shortcomings in this area, which will allow us to develop a strategy, according to the academic level of the students. The percentage of the curricular mesh of the administration area has some strong components; among them is the mathematical ability, which is developed in more than six subjects in the race, reason for which determines the mathematical logical capacity that the future administrator must win

    Matemáticas financieras como base del análisis financiero empresarial

    It is normal that the students of the universities do not notice the different levels that they are achieving in each of the professional competences or abilities of their career; one of these competences is the skill or competence of mathematical logic; which in our case focuses on the necessary and sufficient stages to understand the different administrative processes of a company. Financial mathematics is essential to know the different business processes such as the pertinent to treasury and optimal financing, also in the part of investments to make comparisons of financial returns; having this mathematical capacity, a financial analysis of the possible results of the areas involved and the implications of a manager in deciding to manage these results in the company can be generated with criteria. Therefore, the selection of the subjects to be oriented in the mathematics classes, are not based on an institutional whim, they directly obey the mission of forming integral professionals, with the capacity to face and solve business cases. Consequently, financial mathematics is the basis of business analysis, develops the ability to translate numbers (results) into valid interpretations, so that financial management lands and decides how to proceed with the use of company resources.

    Propuesta para la creación del área de talento humano en la empresa Gate Marketing Group S.A.S

    This project presents an improvement plan for the design of the human talent subsystem in the company Gate Marketing Group S.A.S. Some of the main functions of human talent are mentioned, such as recruitment, selection and hiring, induction, training and remuneration. First, a diagnosis is made to identify the current situation of the company in relation to various tools and diagnostic tools, in order to determine the problems they have in the management of human talent. As a second, a plan is developed applying tools and diagnostic tools, such as the DOFA, which allows to say as is, what provides the main element required to make decisions clearly giving a global and comprehensive view of the true current situation of the company and a questionnaire for the organizational diagnosis, which assesses the situation of the company, problems that exist, its potential, or how far it can go and ways of development that can be considered the path to follow for its growth. In short, it can be said that an organizational diagnosis seeks to generate efficiency in the company through changes.
