    Estrategias para impulsar el E commerce en la empresa Cencosud Colombia

    This project shows the main focus of Cencosud's activities in Colombia. This project allows the development of three key objectives aimed at identifying the E-commerce tools currently used by Cencosud in the Jumbo and Metro brands and by the companies to analyze which are Éxito, Amazon, Linio, Falabella and Merqueo. There is a strong presence of electronic commerce in the Jumbo brand where they have won the award during 2017 and 2018 for the best E-commerce company. We analyzed 5 companies that have a presence in E commerce and that have also been recognized by the ecommerce award as finalists in the last 3 years; identifying as well as the behavior of each one of the companies both in the web pages and in the mobile applications as is the case. As a final result, different strategies that can be implemented to develop and strengthen electronic commerce with the Jumbo and Metro brands are presented to the company.
