Análisis de los estudios epistemológicos de la administración de empresas
Molina Molina, Sebastian Arturo; Gómez Rodríguez, Dustin Tahisin
The general objective of this research work to choose the business administrator diploma is to review the status of the epistemological status of business administration, using a qualitative approach, with a method of document review, the main conclusion is that the administration has a raison d'etre, which is to define how and through what models or systems human societies are best organized. It works based on a reciprocal epistemological formula that is subject-object-subject because the relation of knowledge in the administration is constantly nourished from the object to the subject and again from the subject to the object, in addition, the social aspect is strongly linked to the development of the discipline today.
