    The pandemic generated by the COVID-19 virus has caused drastic changes in all aspects of life and one of those that has been particularly affected has been the workplace. Most economic sectors have been forced to migrate to alternatives such as teleworking and remote work, which has changed the way employees relate to their work environment in general, through this document, the factors that are understood within the working environment are reviewed, how important these are and how these have changed in the company Sotecol S.A during the course of the years 2020 and 2021 contrasting different documents on this subject with the experiences shared by the workers of this company
