To show the results, observations and surveys were made, and the factors that influenced the harmony of the organizational climate were identified, according to the variables established by the IMCOC. This allowed to establish opportunities for improvement in compliance with time in the planning of activities during the school year, with the incentives for teachers, and with the implementation of new recreational and sports activities for the strengthening of interpersonal relationships.
