Nino Rodriguez, Silvia Johana; Mendoza Eljach, Claudia Emilia; Parra León, Nydia
The Asomde Foundation, is a non-profit bioenergetic medicine center dedicated to providing bioenergy therapy services, located in the city of Bucaramanga, Department of Santander, has 132 partners who provide volunteer service performing Bioenergy therapies and participating in administrative positions. The Asomde Foundation has been advancing the construction of the administrative process to avoid continuing to incur problems in planning, organization, direction and control of activities since deficiencies have been generated in the management and use of technical, human and material resources, causing repetition and delays in the activities carried out. It is proposed to strengthen the administrative part by means of a characterization of the administrative process, which allows to develop the phases of the PDCA cycle that are of vital importance to simplify and efficiently improve all the administrative and operational functions of the Foundation, in addition to the above, it is proposed design an organizational structure and a manual of functions that issues a set of rules and tasks that must be carried out by all those who make up the Foundation and who carry out specific activities that ensure the continuity and coherence of the procedures over time. This seeks to achieve the organizational efficiency and profitability of the Asomde Foundation, while simultaneously simplifying and efficiently improving all the administrative and operational functions.
