    The objective of this article is derive lessons learned from Grupo Nutresa internationalization process for the Comapan company. To do this, a diagnosis of the Comapan company was made as for the story of the company, the strategy they execute to achieve a good position in the national market and, likewise, to be able to obtain an expansion in the international market, addition the products that have had greater recognition to level national. On the other hand, an analysis made of Grupo Nutresa was it out, regarding its internationalization model, strategies, distribution platforms and international alliances, and finally lessons learned were derived for the case of internationalization of the Comapan company. The research scheme is documentary of type descriptive, it is concluded with this information that the internationalization processes they follow some stages that comply with the Uppsala model, where it begins with sporadic exports, international and commercial alliances are presented, distribution channels are created own and / or production plants,these are aspects that the Comapan company should have into account to its process of internationalization.
