    The following project is elaborated as a proposal for the implementation of lean manufacturing in the company Fabric Lany with the purpose of improving its productivity, company that elaborates articles in wool or yarn, and this categorized as small company, it is like that it is wanted to implement a basic system of indicators that help to fortify their productive processes, and the one of using tools based on lean that allow improvements the activities that there are executed for the elaboration of the product.
