    This project documents the design, development, and implementation of a hybrid application aimed at optimizing the operational management of the MiniMarket Innova supermarket. The research addresses the inefficiencies resulting from manual record-keeping processes, which led to inventory inaccuracies and a lack of financial traceability. The technological solution was built under a serverless architecture using a stack comprised of React, Node.js, and Firebase. It integrates critical functionalities such as stock control through barcode scanning, sales management with specific business logic (0% VAT and 6% data-phone surcharges), and specialized modules for cash control and credit debt tracking. The results obtained from usability testing demonstrate a 90% success rate in task execution, achieving a significant reduction in service times and ensuring real-time data integrity across multiple devices.

    Ignorance of traffic laws causes many mobility problems in Bogotá, as many people commit infractions unknowingly and lack the necessary tools to defend themselves against fines or appeals. To help address this issue, the development of software is proposed to support drivers through features such as traffic simulations, generating citation reasons, creating legal documents, and providing support and information tools. The project aims to develop a functional prototype that will assist users, without replacing professional legal advice.

    Desarrollo de una aplicación web para la comercialización de ropa y accesorios para emprendimiento

    The degree project "Development of a Web Application for Selling Clothing and Accessories" presents the design and implementation of an e-commerce platform aimed at small fashion businesses. The application focuses on improving business processes and targets an audience of income-earning individuals aged 22 to 34. The project was developed using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) methodology. The documentation outlines functional and non-functional requirements, supported by diagrams covering use cases, classes, components, activities, deployment, and architecture based on the C4 model. PHP was used as the primary language during the implementation phase, complemented by HTML and JavaScript. Finally, the testing process—including validation and verification supported by charts—is documented, along with errors encountered (such as database connection issues and shopping cart malfunctions) and the steps taken to resolve them.

    Desarrollo de una aplicación web para la gestión comercial y operativa del supermercado Máximo

    The project aims to design and develop a web application for the commercial and operational management of Supermercado Máximo, with the purpose of optimizing the store’s administrative and operational processes. The proposal arises from difficulties identified in the manual handling of sales, product control, customer management, and inventory tracking, situations that generated frequent errors, information loss, and delays in various processes carried out there. For development, technologies such as React, JavaScript, Supabase, and GitHub were used, applying a layered architecture that facilitates software organization and scalability. Likewise, validation, verification, and usability tests were conducted to evaluate compliance with the system’s requirements. The results obtained demonstrate that the implementation of the software significantly improves operational efficiency, reduces errors in processes, and provides a better experience for both employees and supermarket customers.

    The next project consists of the development of a web application with facial recognition, which through the use of this facial recognition software achieves in a simpler way, take control of attendance at training sessions, storing this information permanently for later consultation. in databases, given that at present it is very difficult to keep that record because companies or institutions keep it in a very manual way in physical documents, which generates many errors in the written transcription or when typing them, it is For this reason, this project aims to generate a software capable of registering, storing and displaying the pertinent information to manage the control of all the users of an organization, guaranteeing that it is always available for any consultation, treatment and analysis that is required of this information, thus generating a great service in order to obtain the respective in forms and attendance monitoring of your employees. Other hardware used for this same purpose are those that use a biometric to read the fingerprint, this must be registered and for each record each employee must put their fingerprint in this biometric which makes it a not very hygienic and expensive solution because For each work center, at least one of these biometrics is required for the development of this activity, which makes it a very expensive application that not many companies can access.
