    The “Fondo Rotatorio de la Policia” -FORPO- as public establishment of social national order, like an estatal entity, is aware of the importance of the optimal execution in all their process and the appropriate provision of their services for the fulfillment of their social objective in such a way as to guarantee the satisfaction in the interested parts. For de fulfillment of these objectives and the effective reach and efficient of the quality is considered as a priory the implementation through methods and strategies of the management Systems. Justly, the FORPO doesn’t ignore this situation; reason why, after some efforts and diligent management, it gets in the year 2017 the actualization to the certification ISO 9001:2015. But, as is known, the quality process requires continuous efforts and constants improvements to achieve introducing in the organization like a transversal theme, it means, that it be a part of a cultural organization. Consequently, this project establishes that a proposal of verification and improvement in the quality System already implemented making an analysis in the process, strategies and currently methods. With the use of various diagnostic techniques, it is intended to detect possible improvement opportunities that achieve involve all staff and related parts. Additional to it, the topics related with the environment will be reviewed and the occupational safety and health, evaluating the possible practices that can be implemented as part of the Corporate and social Responsibility strategy.
