    Propuesta De Reingeniería De Procesos Para La Empresa Balones Milago

    The proposal that is shown below is intended to provide the company Balones Milago, an agile, simple and complete adaptation to the changing situations of the economy, competition and Colombian legislation, for which three essential concepts will be framed: A maintenance plan, a redistribution in plant and the creation of a PMP. Maintenance plan: It seeks, through periodic evaluations of the assets of the company, to identify possible sources of failure, therefore within the proposal described in this work, it deepens in the adequacy of a preventive review, thus allowing the company Milago balls get to foresee possible situations that have to stop production. Distribution in plant: it is a focus of great importance within the reengineering that will allow, to reorganize in an objective way the flow of the process, allowing the optimization of the space, an adequate flow of materials, the creation of exclusive spaces for the storage of the raw material, in this way creating better circulation spaces. PMP: The objective of the production master plan is to find the correct execution of the company's production process, which aims to reduce waste by making an effective and adequate use of the materials and supplies, a subject that up to now is evidenced as critical within of the company Balones Milago.
