    This work is a proposal for the implementation of some Lean Manufacturing tools in the JPLAST t-shirt factory, since it lacks strategies that add value to its production This methodology is proposed to achieve the proper functioning of the company in all areas in a constant manner, with the aim of increasing the effectiveness and efficiency in all processes as well as the use of available resources of raw materials, machines and human talent, decreasing Wastage and downtime so that increased productivity and lower costs are reflected. Propose in the company a strategy of order and cleanliness that generates organizational culture, remove processes that do not add value and minimize time in each task for jobs that are unnecessary and be in continuous improvement. A change of mentality is proposed in the operatives and administrative areas, being flexible to changes and innovation.
