    Due to lack of planning of the territory of Sumapaz, the vocation of the additional place to this has been lost, the deficit of spaces for the development of the inhabitants at the educational level and the poor connectivity between the existing corregimientos, have not allowed to develop a cultural system for the improvement integral of the inhabitants. for this purpose, the objective was to design a cultural center with complementary uses in the implementation of an urban environment mitigating social problems and respecting the environmental conditions of the place. Using research theories such as rural sustainability and rururbanismo, bases of development of the architectural project.
