    Currently the word outsourcing is a trend referring to the outsourcing of processes, hence our concern to address and delve into this issue seeking to characterize this type of services by visualizing the way they contribute to the development of Colombian companies more specifically in the retail sector. Nowadays it is very common to see that companies deliver certain processes to organizations specialized in them, to put aside these tasks that are often exhausting looking for a full-level approach to dedicate themselves to those activities that generate true value to each company. This is how we see that today's companies seek to promote business collaboration by handing over part of their responsibility to other organizations under a remuneration agreed in commercial contracts that make outsourcing specialists in their day-to-day life.
