    Propuesta de reestructuración operativa del Departamento de Educación Continua — Universitaria Agustiniana (2026)

    This work aims to design a strategic improvement plan for the operational area of Continuing Education at Universitaria Agustiniana for the year 2026, oriented toward optimizing administrative and academic processes and strengthening institutional traceability in accordance with its new organizational structure. The proposal focuses on strengthening institutional efficiency and academic competitiveness through the partial digitalizzation of processes, improving internal communication, and developing data-driven management strategies. The assessment was conducted using the SWOT matrix, structured interviews, and direct observation, revealing weaknesses in role definition, duplication of functions, and a lack of performance indicators. As a result, the plan proposes strategic actions aimed at standardizing processes, creating KPIs, and implementing an institutional monitoring system, with the goal of improving operational efficiency by 20% and positioning the department as a benchmark for educational innovation.
