    Plan de comercio exterior para la empresa Ceiclisan S.A., en el área de biomédica con el Population Health Research Institute en Canadá

    This paper presents the disruptions in the supply chain of the company Ceiclisan for the importation of the necessary equipment to perform the medical examinations to the patients who will be attending the clinic in the different medical specialties that are offered, where they will be consider different concepts of international business for the development of this. The methodology chosen for this work is of a qualitative nature with a descriptive approach. work is already being carried out directly on the problem to be solved, which allows us to see firsthand what is happening and find solutions in this regard using a method of participant observation which allows us to give opinions and solutions directly with the people in charge of the company. Making use of graphical tools such as the program review and evalution technique (Pert) and the flowchart that show the times and activities that are needed to carry out the import and export processes. Upon completion of developing the improvement plan for the Ceiclisan company, it is expected that the recommendations given will lead to a reduction in import and export times, generating greater competitiveness with other institutions in the same sector due to its speed in its logistics chain since the acquisition of implements. until the use of these in the patient
