    Currently, the internationalization processes have been taken step by step with the aim of providing stability to small and medium-sized enterprises-SMEs in global markets. Owners of IPECOL LTDA are challenging to understand an internationalization process because they do not have the accurate or considered information that requires excessive capital to have their brand abroad. In our project we try to emphasize the internationalization model, compared to a Colombian success case like Pintuco, analyzing the derivation of lessons learned. Achieving the reduction of operating expenses and recognition of the brand internationally.
