Item Propuesta de nivelación salarial para el cargo operativo técnico de la empresa Colsof SAS en el año 2022Bareño-Sua, Adriana-Lizeth; Macias-Melo, Leidy-Johanna; Rangel-Escobar, Sindy-Paola; Parra-León, NydiaThe project was carried out taking into account the salary difference in the operationaltechnical level of the company COLSOF SAS, the objective is to establish a salary leveling according to the profiles of the company that currently have differences and affect the organizational climate, as this is a cause of staff turnover. For the execution and development of the proposal, the point of view of the employees was taken into account in order to identify their main nonconformities regarding the compensation received for their work, surveys will be made and thus to know the profiles, experiences, current salary ranges, background and main characteristics of the employees, for the application it was required the collection of data obtaining the necessary information, organizing and analyzing it in an adequate way to reach the results, allowing the implementation of improvement plans that can reach the fair remuneration in the operativetechnical profile. The main contribution of the project is to provide the company COLSOF SAS the improvement of the work environment as well as to reduce the levels of rotation, thus generating an environment of equality and fairness among employees, optimizing the selection processes because the levels of desertion will decrease and also contribute to make salaries more competitive in the current labor market, on the other hand we seek that the proposal to be developed favors both parties understanding the importance of human resources and the needs of each client.
