    Estrategias para Mejorar el Clima Laboral en Empresas del Sector Público de la Ciudad de Bogotá

    The present written has been focused on knowing, comparing and analyzing which strategies are the most essentials in order to improve environmental labor in the establishment sector in Bogotá, capital city of Colombia. Based in some topics given by the Administrative Department of the Public Function to the improvement of the labor environment inside the entities. We´ve been taken as sample twelve governmental institutions Located in Bogotá and having their strategical plans of human talent as primary source. It has been qualitative focused with a descriptive review design in order to know the most significant policies that influence the wellness of their officers, as well as the achievement of goals and institutional objectives. Comparing each one variable found in each one plan, we find out similarities in their policies in aspects like professional capacity, physical environment and human talent management. Having new methodologies and organizational measures improvement continuously and giving focus on personal and entity growing. Recognizing that public sector is interested in having a balance in the organizational climate structure of public entities.
