    In a world where technology occupies a place of relevance, health care providers are increasingly adapting to the telemedicine model, accelerated by the rules in the wake of the COVID-19 health emergency; it has been a process of innovation not only for professionals who exercise this role of medical care but for patients who have had to be immersed in virtual care and remote medical supervision, interacting through different devices and digital platforms. In response to this situation, the objective of this work is to highlight the importance of the field of Human Resources in the Age of E-health and how it has been seen in the position of developing and consolidating strategies that support and help the different areas in the challenges that day to day brings creating ad-hoc solutions, helping people contact on the other side of the technological device; likewise, the management of the information that is collected also plays a fundamental role in the generation of value by transforming the way of making decisions. The method that will be applied is the phenomenological one aimed at discovering and describing the relationships between them and how people give meaning from their lived experience in the face of this phenomenon of telemedicine, through the tool of Interview to health professionals from different companies.
