    Diseño de una propuesta de mejora en las operaciones de gestión comercial y de servicio en las entidades bancarias de Bogotá D.C

    This degree project is based on the development of a proposal to improve the operations of commercial and service management in the banking entities of Bogotá D.C., in order to generate a social inclusion in the banking sector, that is, that more people can be linked to these services. Now, through the research methodology, with an exploratory approach, research sources, literature and documentation based on research for the development of this document are identified. Techniques and instruments are established based on the specific objectives for the search of data base that allow the development of the structure proposed in this research. Likewise, in order to achieve what was established in the project, the state of the art of bankarization in Colombia was theoretically contextualized, from the point of view of social inclusion; also, bankarization in Colombia and the new forms of financial transactions, given from the new commercial realities, were diagnosed; finally, the strategic design to improve inclusion in society, with respect to bankarization, was proposed.
