    Currently, the change in companies has become a mandatory process due to the globalization that occurs on a large scale in different types of industry. For a company it is not only necessary to have products of excellent quality since the manufacturing and logistics process must have defined guidelines when providing a good service to the final customer. In order to be competitive in the market, it is necessary to have established processes that improve the effectiveness of the production process and delivery of orders so that this is reflected in an embrace of the market that is established for the company. It is necessary for a company to dedicate a large part of its operation to the good management of resources, ensuring that the supply chain does not present problems and these are reflected in meeting the expectations of current and potential customers. In this project is invited to perform a detailed management of inventory management of the product in the company Industrias Sueño Dorado SAS, which according to the surveys made to many of its staff has deficiencies for not having a defined process in the management of inventories.
