    The proposal of a Quality Management System, based on the ISO9001: 2015 standard for the company Medical Protection Ltda. Occupational Health, will provide effective guidelines for the continuous improvement of its processes and the achievement of its objectives. The present work makes an analysis which allows to develop a series of proposals, from the organizational chart of the company, the process map through a process design, its macroprocesses, the characterization of the client, the critical factors for the search of the excellence based on the EFQM model, the awareness towards the organization of the importance of social responsibility with the relevant parties, a strategic verification of quality through an internal audit proposal to identify weaknesses, strengths and aspects to improve .
