    Relación entre la circulación y la escenografía como estrategia de diseño para articular y vincular actividades culturales en un equipamiento de artes y oficios en el barrio Policarpa Bogotá

    The project is located in the Policarpa neighborhood, in the Antonio Nariño district, an area characterized by a strong textile production activity that reflects specific social and spatial dynamics, where traditional ways of inhabiting and producing require new architectural responses. In this context, the objective is to design a Cultural Center for Arts and Crafts that explores the relationship between circulation and scenography as an integrated system capable of transforming the user’s experience within the building. The methodology is based on contextual analysis through the identification of community needs, the recognition of existing activities, and the incorporation of new uses, together with spatial experimentation through circulation strategies and architectural configuration. As a result, the proposal presents a building where circulation is consolidated through discontinuous peripheral pathways with scenography developed from flexible elements such as movable fabrics, curved surfaces, double-height spaces, and level changes, allowing for dynamic and interconnected spaces. The contribution of this research lies in establishing a relationship between circulation and scenography that enhances the architectural experience and strengthens the connection between the user, the space, and its productive context.
