Item Diseño de metodología basada en lean logistics para el mejoramiento de los procesos logísticos en la microempresa Demetra Group S.A.SDe la Vega Rivera, Ruben Dario; Gutierrez Carvajal, Jorge Andres; Leal Hernandez, Yenny Alejandra; Peña Vargas, Luis HectorMicroenterprise Demetra Group S.A.S, which is dedicated to the manufacture of pre-cut of high and low density polyethylene and recycled bags, is the central object of this project which aims at the identification and subsequent reduction and elimination of the factors that cause inefficiencies in the logistics operations of the organization from proposals or improvement recommendations appropriate to the context of the company, based in philosophy Lean. Initially, developed all the issue related to the proper identification of the problem which gave the possibility to engage in the logistics current situation, was also defined the status of the logistic flow of micro-enterprises in which it was possible to determine waste of space, delays, underutilization of resources, among others, these wastes can be defined as the cause of logistics inefficiency to the inside of the organization. From the data provided by the Organization and those obtained by the observation of the processes improvement opportunities were identified and raised proposals consistent with the Organization's logistical operations and impacting of important way in the most critical problems of this way exposed the conditions of each of the improvements proposed based on the knowledge of the factors of logistics processes, these recommendations are based on thinking or philosophy read by large organizations around the world, also obtained some relevant search results that indicate improvement both in the flows of materials and information as well as monetary benefits. In the development of the present degree will involve various engineering tools dedicated and in line with the issues identified in logistics processes, some of which are Pareto chart, done in order to formalize the problems largely affecting micro-enterprises, as well as diagram Ishikawa, FMEA and audit read. Then developed tools that need a greater degree of knowledge of logistics processes, such is the case of the value chain mapping current and future, in order to differentiate the improvements and changes the microenterprise incurred if you decide to carry out the proposals. In addition to various tools, we used a software allowing to simulate some of the proposals set out, this software called Flexsim yielded important information that corroborated in the last chapters of the work.
