    In this document the development of a web app that manages and streamlines the processes of sales of services of the company Multicopias Sharp. The name of the application that is applied bears the same name as the company for which it is intended: Sharp copy. Multicopias Sharp is an application designed to streamline the service processes provided by this company to make them known on the Internet. The scope of the project will be the clients and users of the Multicopias Sharp Company. This degree project will last 16 weeks. This project is associated with the research line: "Innovation and development in ICT" "Information technologies", and is related to the OpenSgroup research seedbed. The nature of this project will have a qualitative approach. The methodology that is implemented for the development of this project is that of “waterfall”. The general objective will be to develop a web app that speeds up the processes of sales of services of the company Multicopias Sharp in the city of Bogotá D.C. And finally, this project does not require budget investment, but its publication and updates if required, these publication costs are fully covered by the company Multicopias Sharp and its final price affects the current value of the dollar in the market.
