Estrés Laboral en Colombia. Revisión de casos
Lara-Contreras, Jineth Paola; Martínez-Ramírez, Carlos David
The focus of this research is to capture the work stress during the period 2010 to 2021, through the documentary review, the review of cases reflected in research and in the capture of testimonies, emphasizing on articles that focus on the subject defining the disadvantages that fall on a personal and organizational level. Everything focused on the conceptualization of the triggers to work stress and its variants; also, the negative consequences of the problem if it is not properly treated are treated in an essential way, as well as evidence of several cases in different work areas to emphasize the quality of life of employees and how it is affected or not by work stress or burnout. In the same way, the consequences brought about by the sanitary emergency caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus and its respective world biosecurity protocols such as isolation and quarantine are shown, which led to the abrupt implementation of teleworking from the homes of the collaborators, forcing the coexistence between family members in the workspace, which brings with it stressful situations due to the combination of work and personal activities in the same space. In conclusion, organizational strategies are proposed to improve the psychological well-being of employees to mitigate the problem and the creation of safe spaces under the premise of employee motivation, these spaces can become workshops, extra-work activities and incentives.
