    The internship was carried out in the company at Cripton Security Ltda., Carrying out an analysis and rationale of those functions that are performed in the different positions within the organization, where it is evidenced that the company does not have a manual of functions for each position. However, the company seeks the formalization of its functions and description of positions, in order to provide the assignment of responsibilities to keep track of the activities carried out by the company, achieving effectiveness, along with the improvement of processes. As evidenced, the design and preparation of the functions manual is carried out with the purpose of carrying out the implementation in the administrative area, this was carried out under the exploratory and descriptive method, through interviews to the various areas and personnel of the company, tools such as the DOFA matrix, the MEFI and the Balance scorecad were also used, which resulted in the need of the organization and the importance of the design and preparation of the functions manual. Finally, in relation to the Cripton Security Ltda. Result, the adoption of the functions manual is recommended in order to offer support and responsibility to each of its employees, fulfilling its objectives as a company, reflecting it in the provision of its service, in the recruitment and selection of optimal personnel, in the execution of their processes, in the efficiency of their work and work environment of their employees.
