When determining the characteristics of the climate and organizational culture in teleworking, the strategies used by the service sector, mostly for the benefit and life quality of their workers were evidenced. It also emerged that these companies in Bogota had a positive impact within their teleworkers, and were advancing in strategies to improve and impact on both the labor and personal issues, to maintain trust, communication and a suitable working environment; so much so that the transversal accompaniment of the human talent area in all processes and to all the members of the organization, regardless of their modality of linkage, focuses on developing strategies for life quality , that triggers an approach through incentives and shows the importance of being able to have teleworking as an option for employees. Despite teleworkingashas led to significant challenges for the employee and the company, it has been rewarding and has managed to change the perception from the two perspectives generating changes in the companies, thus, it has meant an improvement for the employee’s life quality and impacted positively on the teleworker, improving their intralaboral and extralaboral conditions in order to have a human capital, which is committed and happy.
