    In the city of Bogota, Colombia, there is a high rate of bicycle theft, which has increased even more this year, so much so that the British newspaper The Guardian points to Bogota, "capital of death" for cyclists for that reason, This work develops the implementation of a geolocation system to reduce bicycle theft in the city of Bogota, by creating a mobile application for Android devices, which allows the bike-user to find or monitor the bike in case of a theft and the bike-user can recover his bike. Likewise, this document investigates and indicates the places with the highest rate of bicycle theft, with the intention that the bicycle-user if for some reason must transit through these areas is alert to a possible theft. On the other hand, it details the way in which the Gps Localizer Tracker Tk102 should be configured, which is used in the geolocation system of the present degree project, as well as the programming and design of the mobile application.
