    Propuesta para diseñar una ruta típica gastronómica colombiana en la localidad de La Candelaria-Bogotá.

    The alimentation is a necessity of every human, and it is included in any itinerary of all kinds of tourism, our main objective is present a proposal of a typical gastronomic route in La Candelaria - Bogota; trying to encourage the gastronomic tourism in Bogota, with the idea of give typical gastronomic experiences in the road. We did a study about gastronomy and everything related to this since prehispanic times untill today, traveling around all the Colombian gastronomic regions, also making an emphasis on how the gastronomy is developing in Bogota and specifically in La Candelaria; thus allowing to determine the offer of restaurants which give dinner experiences of the typical cuisine in the country, also determine the kind of customer who would be interested in the gastronomic route. Finally, there is the proposal of the route with the itineraries, budgets and strategies of how we will it be made known by the people.
