    The following work is done with the objective of establishing a tax planning for the company ULTRAPINTURAS SAS offers a series of tools as a theoretical-practical guide allowing the entrepreneur to have greater control in tax aspects. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to provide the reader with the problem question based on the creation of a frame of reference, constituted by four frameworks (institutional, historical, conceptual and legal), in view of the methodology to be followed, in this case, it shows the steps of the tax planning, the required forms and authorizations requested, as well as the necessary documentation for its realization. This information is useful for the management and the commercial area, additionally it is complemented for its analysis the knowledge acquired in the classes of tax planning specialization and tutorials developed with the known masters during the time of the specialization, with the previous genres finally a series of formats for the budget, monitoring and control of tax obligations, suggested corrections and recommendations for the presentation of said obligations in 2018 and subsequent years.
