Propuesta de modelo ágil para procesos de co-creación en microempresas de impresión 3D
Ingrid Vanessa Hernandez Pineda; Jeisson Camilo Urbina Martinez; Sandra Milena Villamizar Villamizar
This research proposes an integrated management model to optimize co-creation processes in a micro-enterprise producing personalized decorative objects through 3D printing. The initial problem consists of empirical management that generates gaps or inconsistencies resulting in rework and operational inefficiency. Methodologically, a descriptive-propositive approach is adopted, focused on the analysis of a 3D printing startup in Colombia. The proposal integrates the implementation of both Design Thinking tools in the ideation phase and Scrum and Kanban boards for agile production management. Additionally, a system of key performance indicators (KPIs) is formulated to control the operation and generate inputs for growth, scalability, and adaptability.
