Item La influencia del liderazgo transformacional en el desempeño organizacional: una revisión de literatura"Ivon Zareth Aguilera Zapata; Carlos Andres Gonzalez TriviñoThe purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between transformational leadership and project team performance, identifying trends, associated variables, and research gaps in the recent literature. The study was conducted through a systematic literature review based on selection and analysis criteria applied to research published between 2021 and 2026 in recognized academic databases. Fifteen studies were analyzed, including empirical studies, literature reviews, and metaanalyses, in order to identify the main relationships between transformational leadership and performance at different levels of analysis. The results show a positive association between transformational leadership and various dimensions related to team and project performance, including team building, teamwork, trust, job satisfaction, empowerment, innovation, reflexivity, and resilience. The findings also indicate that these relationships may vary according to contextual factors such as culture, project complexity, and the methodological characteristics of the studies. It is concluded that transformational leadership may contribute to project team performance; however, the available evidence presents methodological and contextual differences that limit the generalizability of the findings. Therefore, further longitudinal research and studies specifically focused on project teams are needed to gain a deeper understanding of the mechanisms through which transformational leadership is related to team performance.
