    Propuesta para la aplicación de herramientas de control de inventarios soportados en tecnologías de la información para tiendas de mascotas

    The aim of this research project is to identify the appropriation of information technologies for the adequate control of inventories having as reference point the pet stores. From this precept is formulated the problem question that is developed in this document, this question is what are the most appropriate information technologies for inventory control in pet stores?. From there, a methodology is proposed to be applied in this research project, which is proposed to have an exploratory approach, given that it is proposed to search for works, and researches with previous records, which are articulated with the new records proposed in this project. Finally, the proposed results are articulated with the proposal to create a control panel for inventory control. When it is implemented, it makes the process of saving and organizing data faster, that is to say, it generates efficiency and effectiveness, in turn, it is a method that provides management of the company's internal processes. It is important to mention that the analysis of the research results helped to create strategies, such as establishing the market need, generate added value in terms of other entities and pet stores, suitable for the achievement of objectives, as well as diagnose, analyze and define a tool for inventory control.
