    Modelo de hábitat integrador: Recuperación del eje férreo Mártires

    The proyect will consist of an integral habitat model in the neighborhoods of “Santa fe” and “El listón” in the town of “Los Mártires”, through which a sector that has a high degree of physical and social deterioration will be rehabilitated, allowing a better relationship of the neighborhood with the immediate environment. The project proposes the recovery of the railway axis of Los Mártires through an integral proposal of urban reactivation, urban proposal of which the intervention corresponding to the model of integrating habitat will be developed; that project will have the necessary spaces for the realization of the different activities-function of a multicultural population, in order for the population minimizes their displacements to other places in the city to carry out their daily activities, thus improving some aspects of its quality of life. The project will also have the characteristic of spatial versatility; allowing each space to be transformed according to the particular needs of the user and the social group that makes use of it. The project also proposes the recovery of the public space of the “Estación de la Sabana” and the railway, articulating the project with the rest of the town.
