    This work is created with the purpose of developing an alternative of ancestral flavors where exotic fruits are innovated in the snack industry; for this idea of entrepreneurship to be functional it is necessary to analyze and create a projection in the five main areas of the companies, which are the marketing, operational, organizational, legal, and financial areas. In these chapters we will analyze the scenarios that can be generated in the process of building the company; additionally, we will generate a projection in these areas oriented to the results of the market study. In addition to all the above mentioned, this stars up, or venture is oriented to create a sustainable product with excellent quality standards.
