Herrera-Tellez, Didier Andrey; Ramos-Ducuara, Jhameel Sebastian; Calderón Uribe, Franz
The research project is based on the architectural design of multifamily housing whose technologies aim at sustainability and economic and environmental sustainability, such as the implementation of irrigation derived from the typical rains of the city of Bogotá and through the provision of houses with space for location of the productive area of internal and external cultivation for the family, provision of inclusive systems such as the development of housing for people with disabilities and the urban design proposal of the Tihuaque neighborhood which will promote development, the construction of the city from the implementation of a self-sustainable economic sector with the sowing of the region's own crops through the operation of a trade node that complements the supply center located in Central Usme, whereby housing modules are implemented from the urban layout that allow citizens of the sector to inhabit and produce, sector of space or inclusive public, economic sector to strengthen the sector and thus avoid the unplanned growth of urban layout located in the environmental protection strip derived from invasion homes, thus in this way the immediate context of the project location is understood as a peri-urban node which consolidates an important point of development located to the southeast of the city of Bogotá
