    Diseño de la documentación para el sistema de gestión de calidad para la institución Centro de Idiomas y Cultura Wordbee basado en los requisitos de la norma NTC ISO 9001-2015

    In the following degree project, there is the documentation of the Quality Management System designed and prepared for the Institution Centro de Idiomas y Cultura Wordbee, under the guidelines of the NTC ISO 9001: 2015. In order to achieve the proposed objectives, a systemic work plan was established that would allow the achievement of the project purpose. Initially a diagnosis was made of the institution based on the requirements of the standard, which demonstrates the degree of compliance for each of the chapters, then, the context of the organization was defined, contributing to the proposal of a new mission, vision, quality policy and objectives, organizational chart, construction of the organizational FODA and stakeholders, followed by this task and based on the information obtained, the risk management involved in analyzing and structuring the risks was elaborated for each of the processes and finally the design and documentation of the system was worked on, in this numeral the proposal of the map of processes, characterizations, procedures, instructions and formats was constructed, both as required by the standard and those required by the Company for proper management.
