Propuesta para la implementación de planes de acción que mitiguen la rotación voluntaria de los millennials en las mipymes de Bogotá durante el año 2021

This study investigated seeks to provide Bogota´s entrepreneurs of small and medium-sized companies with a tool such as an easily accessible and understandable guide that will facilitate them to identify the reasons for rotation and take the necessary measures to retain millennial workers, due to the lack of financial resources many of these companies do not have an area of human talent specialized in this type of processes that have high impact and cost, often these aspects are not properly valued because they are not tangible as are the time in training, the productivity in the learning curve and the loss of knowledge in the processes. Currently, it is not easy to find studies related to the rotation of millennials in mipymes (small and medium-sized companies), therefore, there are no reference tools in these companies, which makes companies assume and make decisions that do not directly impact the problem and puts them at a competitive disadvantage in the market. This document contains a compilation of the theoretical framework on job rotation, however, to obtain information from reality a survey was applied to a targeted sample, which allowed us to obtain some causes ofworkers´voluntary resignation, recognizing the importance of aspects such as the work environment, communication and the retirement interview as sources of valuable information to generate a low-cost retention strategy.
