Road accidents are a public health problem worldwide, with a high mortality rate, which gradually rises over time, a situation that at a personal and work level has impacted us very closely, therefore, with this project we wanted to combine our two passions, both occupational health and safety and the administration of human capital, which are closely related to the occurrence of occupational road accidents. We wanted to carry out an analysis of a company with operations in various locations in the country, and that has a significant number of workers, most of whom play the role of motorcyclist as actors on the road; and we hope that by applying the recommendations that we issue in this document, positive effects can be achieved in terms of reducing road accidents both in the organization that was the object of study, and in organizations with similar characteristics.
