    Having an academic management software for an educational institution is important for the proper optimization of the pedagogical and administrative processes that develop this because a correct inclusion of the actors involved in this type of organization and the different activities they carry out in a system will allow them a better organization and an increase in productivity. This is why the purpose of this project focuses on the development of a software to optimize the pedagogical and administrative processes of the educational institution Centro Académico de Estudios Virtuales (CAEV S.A.S) that once certain needs have been identified, I consider the creation of a software that met these needs and allow a better organization of its resources.
