    Propuesta de implementación del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo bajo los parámetros de la Resolución 0312 de 2019 en la compañía Precoom S.A.S.

    The main objective of this document is making a proposal for the implementation of the health and safety management system in the workplace for the company Precoom S.A.S., based on the provisions found on 0312 Resolution from 2019, issued by the Colombian Ministry of Labor. Initially, a review of the regulatory and theoretical framework was made, indicating the most important components for the company Precoom S.A.S. Subsequently, with the help of tools established for this type of context, a diagnosis was made for the current situation of the safety and health system in the workplace, that seek establish aspects of the aforementioned resolution are being fully complied with by the company, which of those should be reinforced and which should be fully implemented. The diagnosis revealed the inconsistencies presented with the health and safety management system in the workplace. Finally, the aspects that must be reinforced in the company were stated, indicating the form of socialization and implementation of these to give unequivocal compliance with the regulations, as well as what is the cost of implementing these adjustments.
