    This research thesis presents the development of a desktop application for the comprehensive management of supplies, order fulfillment, and payments at the "El Buen Sabor" restaurant. It introduces an innovative technological solution that transforms the restaurant's operational management in response to declining sales and errors associated with manual processes. The application's primary objective is to automate supply management, order tracking, dispatch coordination, and sales report generation, thereby increasing efficiency and enhancing the customer experience. The system was developed using technologies such as Java, JavaFX, MySQL, and IntelliJ IDEA Community (the IDE used for development) and implemented via the Scrum methodology, which organizes work into iterative sprints with defined roles. UML diagrams—including use case diagrams (based on functional and non-functional requirements), class diagrams, and component diagrams—were designed to clearly structure the system; additionally, a relational model was established to ensure data integrity. This project not only optimizes and integrates the internal management of "El Buen Sabor" but also lays the groundwork for future scalability and the incorporation of new features, ensuring the application's long-term sustainability and growth.
