    Nivel de cumplimiento de las competencias laborales asignadas en el Manual de Funciones y Competencias de la Empresa Pública de Piamonte, frente a la Política de Talento Humano de MIPG, en la vigencia 2022

    The Administration of the Empresa Pública de Piamonte 2020-2023, has made great efforts to consolidate a manual of functions and competencies of the plant positions, but it does not know if this strategic management tool for human talent complies with the guidelines established by the Departamento Administrativo de la Función Pública (DAFP). This situation motivated the research group to develop a project that determines the level of compliance with labor competencies in relation to the Human Talent Policy of the Integrated Planning and Management Model (MIPG), in the year 2022. Thus, the group approached this project related to Public Administration from a quantitative approach, resorted to the comparative method to obtain scores and levels, selected as a sample the 14 plant positions that are part of the dependencies of the organizational structure of the entity, managed the achievement of technical instruments and regulatory tools before the Management, as in the MIPG application, for its subsequent review, comparison and analysis in tables built by own authorship, according to the documentary review technique. The execution of the above, made it possible to show that progress has been made in some aspects, but a level of compliance with the policy is maintained: low, which is why it is necessary to manage financial resources for the preparation of the technical proposal for adjusting and updating the manual, within the framework of continuous improvement and in compliance with current administrative and legal provisions.
