The Febancol company is the Colpatria’s bank employee’s fund, its main objective is to work according to the associate’s wellness. It’s a company with more than 50 years of trajectory in the market and it’s located in the city of Bogotá. This company has always been known for giving its associates a proper attention and a friendly hand at every time, offering its associates the best choice regarding credit and savings, cultivating a saving culture and working for their benefits. Febancol is composed of nine contributors that from their respective areas and dependencies, work towards the associate’s needs and are highly compromised with its wellness. The purpose of our project was to focus on the elaboration of the workplace security and health plan of this company, since it didn’t have this process of implementation inside itself, in order to avoid work accidents risks. In that path of thinking, we could also minimize the risks of work illness. The ending result of the project has contributed greatly in identifying and highlighting the main points that need attention and should be taken into account when trying to successfully implement the work security and health system within this model we made for FEBANCOL. For this implementation, a preliminary study of the minimum requirements for operation is carried out and a diagnosis is made by means of a research tool to establish an action plan to culminate with the implementation of the SG-SST
