    Factores que influyen en la rotación de personal en la empresa INPARME SAS durante el año 2021

    This document is a research study on the turnover of staff at Inparme SAS during the year 2021, wich reflects different elements that are considered important and that directly or indirectly affect the significant work separation in the organizing. This rate of turnover has been increasing, which generates instability for the company, as well as obvious costs generated by the replacement in the different posts abandoned; However, just as this factor has increased, The various means by which the motivation of the worker to continue working has been stabilized, such as variable wages, better working conditions and training and welfare plans, have also been diversified. To understand this aspect, it is necessary to know the origin, its development and application in the background of the company. To this aim, a survey was designed and implemented targeting both active and retired personnel, by analyzing the results, it was possible to show the most relevant factors why people stop working at Inparme SAS and the reasons why they remain in the company. Finally, it is necessary to emphasize the importance of human resources in the company, an aspect that allows this research to present an alternative as a solution to negative situations in productivity and business risks.
