    The main objective of the project is to design a strategic plan for the company Luis Carlos Gómez Aluminio Arquitectónico SAS, which is a key factor that contributes to the proper management of resources and the achievement of organizational objectives. Therefore, a diagnosis of the current situation of the company and a documentary review in relation to concepts such as planning, strategy, strategic planning, strategic direction (elements and models) and organizational management, from articles, books, have been developed. , book chapters, and academic web pages. As a result, the design of a strategic plan for the company Luis Carlos Gómez Aluminio Arquitectónico SAS was obtained; plan whose implementation can be evaluated from a series of proposed indicators. The designed strategic plan contributes to obtain benefits (derived from its potential implementation) as a clear definition of the courses of action and an improvement in the decision-making of the company under study.
