    Propuesta de mejoramiento de tiempos de picking en la planta Fontibón CEDI 1 de la empresa Multidimensionales S.A.S.

    The objective of the work is the elaboration of a proposal of improvement in times of picking in the plant Fontibón CEDI 1 of the company Multidimensionales S.A.S; looking for the best alternative that allows to reduce the time of picking and route of the operators. The proposal was based on the analysis carried out with the information collected under the ABC classification, applying industrial engineering tools for time comparison and process simulation. A review of the process is carried out, identifying the possible factors based on taking times from a small sample, Based on this, a comparison will be made between the proposed proposal and the current storage model so that Pareto products can be quantified.
