    This document describes the process that was carried out for the development of a web application for the Ecoarq real estate agency, which focuses on lease management. This project was developed with the XP (Extreme Programming) methodology, which helped to obtain an agile and collaborative process in the development of the application. The objective of this project is to offer a solution to the company Ecoarq, to ​​carry out an efficient management and avoid unnecessary transfers by the company, thus facilitating the attraction of more clients, whether they are owners or looking to rent a property. To achieve this objective, an analysis was carried out on the requirements requested by the client, identifying the elements that are necessary for development.
